Hi, I’m Samantha

I have always been passionate about women’s health. Since a knee injury in 2018, holistic wellness became my path to recovery. Then becoming pregnant with my first son in 2019 I dove into the research around pregnancy, birthing, women’s health, and fertility.

The disparity in the medical system and the support women, and their families, need during their journey of wellness has become radically clear to me. It’s incredibly clear that it’s not just pregnant women needing support, it’s all women.

I realized that I could start making a difference by educating women searching for answers, and that’s exactly what I’m here to do.

As a wellness coach, I specialize in fostering positive mindsets, stress management, nutrition, and offer an integrative approach to wellbeing.

Also, I am a womb coach and help women prepare their wombs for pregnancy by empowering them with emotional release.

As a Root Cause Protocol Consultant I assist my clients in exploring the root cause of stress with my clients through listening to them, reviewing hair/blood analysis, and supporting them with knowledge on mineral regulation.

Embarking on emotional release journeys is incredibly powerful and one I love sharing with my clients. As a Reiki master, I incorporate the movement of energy in my teachings to help my clients remove blocks preventing them from achieving what they want in life.

As a student of life, I love to absorb more information. Certified in Naturally Designed Pregnancy & Early Childhood and Herbal Pregnancy & Childbirth my learning journey always continues.

I haven’t always been on this holistic journey and like many others, I had to suffer before I began to thrive by taking my health into my own hands.

I grew up struggling with heavy periods to the point where I’d faint, acne all over my body, and extremely irregular periods. I was told the only answer was birth control pills. Then in 2018, I suffered from a knee injury at my job as a first responder and I immediately knew something was wrong. After visiting multiple specialists I finally got a prognosis – I had done extreme damage to the cartilage in my knee and they had never seen another patient recover, even years later. He predicted I would never run again, I would be restricted to working a desk job, and I should begin to test which painkillers worked best because I was going to face a life of chronic pain.

This didn’t seem like the path I was supposed to be on, there had to be a better answer. I began to research food and inflammation which led me to begin elimination diets. Within 3 days of removing gluten, I was walking without pain and the swelling had reduced significantly. When I returned to the specialist for a check-up, he wanted to know what I was doing so other patients could begin their recovery like I had.

When I became pregnant in 2019, I trusted that the practitioners would guide me through the process. This felt like it came to a screeching halt when I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes (GD). With confusion and my baby growing, I was doing everything I was supposed to be doing so how would I have GD? While I felt so let down by the system, this diagnosis gave me some motivation to look even closer at nutrition and investigate the root cause of symptoms that presented themselves as diseases.

As I researched more, I came across updated information that showed the protocol I was following for blood sugar management was outdated and didn’t manage these levels, but rather spiked them and increased the risk of insulin resistance. Immediately, I began to think of all the other women diagnosed with GD who were being led down the wrong path.

Throughout the pregnancy, I was struggling mentally with what was later diagnosed as PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I resisted facing and releasing the trauma that I had gone through because I was scared. Partially scared of acknowledging those feelings, but truly because of the unknown on the other side of healing spiritually.

Postpartum during this time was a learning experience. I learned how important it was to prioritize my mental health and to trust my intuition. Breastfeeding was extremely painful but when I sought help, lactation consultants were telling me, “Baby is gaining weight so nothing is wrong.” Shortly after, I was diagnosed with Raynaulds in my breasts which was a result of the stress I was facing daily. I knew my intuition was telling me there was more to it.

I realized I couldn’t hide from this any longer, I had reached that breaking point. Finding ways to remove the trauma, I focused heavily on committing to those daily steps to enhance my health. This wasn’t going to be an overnight transformation, but I was ready to take those first steps.

By prioritizing my brain health and changing my perspective on what I was going through, I created a radical shift in my life. When I became pregnant for the second time, I felt prepared and empowered. By listening to my body, I knew what each symptom meant. Leg cramps told me I needed salt and magnesium, heartburn told me I needed to slow down.

Now from the certifications, readings, research, and discussions with experts, I feel compelled to tell other women about the secrets behind nutrition and fertility.
